Connected Health Cities: Using Learning Health Systems to improve health at scale
Time: 09:00 - 14:00
Venue: Haydock Park Racecourse, Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12 0HQ
This event is aimed at bringing together the Connected Health Cities teams with academic, clinical, business informatics, industry, commissioners and service users to look at how the outcomes from the CHC programme can support the development and evaluation of services in our region, as well as improving front-line patient care.
You will have the opportunity to hear about the CHC pathway work on COPD, alcohol and seizures and the impacts gained so far, as well as discussing potential points for collaboration in utilising programme outcomes. The event will be an opportunity to co-design how to develop this work and discuss the next steps with a more effective use of data and how to develop opportunities for doing this.
