NHS England have announced a new SBRI competition to find innovative new products and services for mental health. This call is split into three categories of Children and Young People's Mental Health; Depression, self-harm and suicide; and New Models of Care.
The competition is open to single companies or organisations from the private, public and third sectors. The competition runs in two phases:
- Phase 1 - intended to show the technical feasibility of the proposed concept with funding of up to £100,000 for projects up to 6 months.
- Phase 2 - intended to develop and evaluate prototypes or demonstration units from the more promising technologies in Phase 1.
Briefing events are being held in Bristol (24th October), Nottingham (31st October) and Liverpool (3rd November).
