MQ have announced their MQ Data Science Award with up to £250,000 of funding to support pioneering new data research.
This UK award forms a core component of the MQ Data Science Programme. This programme aims to harness the power of data science to illuminate our understanding of mental health, inform research, and lead to improvements in care and treatments.
Grants of up to £50,000 will be made to projects lasting between 6 and 24 months. And we are especially interested in applications that focus on the following:
- Proposals which include academic and non-academic partners
- Research questions in children and young people’s mental health and mental health over the lifespan
- Proposals which include collaborations across the four countries of the United Kingdom
The funding call closes on the 30th November 2016. Researchers from academic and non-academic backgrounds are invited to apply working on the full range of mental health conditions.
